Nicole joined the firm in 2020 bringing with her eleven years of workers’ compensation experience. Nicole is a graduate of the UIC John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois state bar in 2008. Since graduating law school, Nicole has worked solely defending employers and insurers in workers’
compensation matters. Not only has Nicole tried numerous cases at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, but she has also successfully defended clients in both the Circuit and Appellate Courts. In addition to vast litigation experience, Nicole has expertise with Medicare compliance issues and complex appeals. In 2018 and 2019 Nicole was privileged to be deemed an “Emerging Lawyer” by her peers, an honor granted to less than 2% of all lawyers licensed in the state.
