Joseph Needham was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999. A veteran Illinois attorney practicing exclusively in workers compensation defense since 2000 and is experienced at all levels of practice from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Courts and Illinois Appellate Courts, including general liability matters with over 20 civil jury verdicts, countless bench trials and arbitration hearings. Joe has exclusively represented Illinois Businesses and their Insurers for the entirety of his career.
